It is not often that you find an IT leader who knows the theoretical and practical esoterics of Computer Systems Administration, Technology Management, and leadership; he is such. O’Neil executes suberbly all three categories in a mission-critical production environment and subsequently effecting positive changes at exponential levels. In addition, he has in-depth, hands-on experience in technical areas that include – but are not limited to Network Routing & Switching, Network Security (Firewall, IDS, IPS, etc.), IP telephony/Unified Communications, Network Storage, and Virtualization/Cloud computing (IaaS, PaaS SaaS). Combining his expertise in these areas has empowered him to build superb IT teams, astutely filter IT vendors and contractors, align organization goals with technology, reduce the organizations’ operations costs, offer innovative solutions and increase customer/client retention and loyalty.
